Just wondering if you have to go through the scare zones to go on a ride?
I have a daughter who is worried she would have to go through them to board a ride.
The is a Ripley's pretty close, as well as Medival Times or Pirate dinner theatre right across the street.
If she is nervous about being scared, you might want to note that the scare actors WILL try to scare you from all over the farm not just the scare zones and if they see some one that looks nervous they are "fair game" Found this out when I was the Headless Horseman there. I don't like being scared...at all... period. It got so bad that I had to be escorted from the stagecoach dock to the breakroom for lunch break to keep them away. Talking to some of the actors they told me that they specifically singled out those who looked nervous. So just a heads up.
Cruising the Seas... Looking for the Pearl
Exactly what BPC has said. It's been years since I've been there, but there are actors who will follow you, hang from trees, jump out from things, etc and they definitely have a system of communicating with each other.
But to answer your original question, no I don't recall having to go through the mazes to get on the rides.
