Is 4:30 a.m. better?

I'll text you. We have a team photo at 4:20 in the family reunion area so if I make it down early I'll come by.

Ohhhh...is it important to be there THAT early?! I was hoping to arrive around 5:00 for the 5K and 10K. Is that not a good idea? (Sorry for the ignorance, it's my first runDisney race...I believe there will be more people in my corral for the 10K than there were in the whole entire race I participated in on New Year's Day!)

I arrived around 5am for the Avengers 5k and that timing was completely fine. Not sure about how it will go for the other races (and would appreciate any guidance about the 10k).
2015: Star Wars 10k + Avengers 10k
2016: Star Wars 10k, Paris Half and 5k, Avengers Half
2017: Star Wars Light Side Half, Star Wars Dark Side Half, Paris Half and 10k, Avengers 10k

I find getting to the DL corrals can be difficult the later you wait, but it's up to you. If people want to meet later for a photo, please share it.

I agree.
Keep in mind that the Star Wars events will have a lot more participants than Avengers.

And I'm betting even more newbies than normal in a runDisney race (which is usually over 50% on average) which means a lot more questions and initial confusion on where to go and what to do.

On the Corrals maps, it is says "Runners" with an arrow at what looks like the walkway between the Simba Lot and back side of Paradise Pier hotel. Is this where everyone needs to enter the corral area?
Also, we usually walk through the CM lot at Simba (entrance on Katella)...do you know if this will be open to pedestrians like usual?

Goof! There it is!
