Everything I've read from Disney and heard from Golden Horseshoe veterans indicates this will not be anything like the original GHS Revue.

The songs and characters they're advertising were elements from the GHS JAMBOREE, the scripted show that replaced the original. Sounds like there will be no comic, no Irish tenor and no 'Pecos Bill'. Fans of the classic show might be in for a disappointing surprise.
