As a follow up, I learned some additional details relative to the PhotoPass issue. Apparently, several interactive experiences like this have had this kind of shared card. It happens at Jedi Training Academy (at DHS and DLR) and Captain Jack’s Pirate Tutorial where the guests get a specially themed PhotoPass card with all of the images captured from their group experience; and years ago Disney did something similar at Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee. Again, in many of these instances like Jedi, you're going up in front of a group, where anyone can take a shot of you.
