As it reads, there are no operating hours for the ice rink on Saturdays. Our "extra" day cause Whistler can't count.
The Costco tickets are showing up in the Sacramento area. If you feel up to seperate transactions, you can buy the next ticket with the Costco cash card. I don't think it was mentioned, but they must have a first use by February 28, 2013, with the last use by March 13, 2013, or 13 days later.
Did they move the re-opening of Indy to a day earlier? I am watching that one because our passes expire on the 6th, our last park day.

We found the Disneyland 4-day pass / Costco gift card combo available at our local Vancouver, WA Costco as well.

Costco tickets are available in Northern California, I bought ours today. I needed four tickets, so I purchased three tickets and applied $150 in cash cards to purchase of fourth ticket. Saving the last card to pay for gas for drive down to Disneyland. Purchases are limited to five tickets.

Yes, January 2014 is the latest date provided to us by Disney. Here is the exact phrase:

"Now – January 2014: The Plaza Gardens will be closed for the construction of Castle Fantasy Faire."

I just got back from Costco in Rancho Cordova, CA (Sacramento) and they have the 4-day tickets with a $50 costco card. We're going at Thanksgiving and using the cards for gas I heard about the deal and rushed over to check it out. Thanks for the updates and hints.
