Why hadn't I thought of BOXED chocolate milk before???

The past few events, Doc and I have put a insulated lunch bag with a ice pack and our chocolate milk in our drop bags. It's actually the only thing we end up using out of our drop bags. My friend is a sports medicine doctor at a major research institution and she's really big on chocolate milk for recovery. It's very interesting. She's ok with the gatorade type drinks but that most people drink more than they need. (We only need 8-12 ounces and the rest water according to these doctors.) The box of chocolate milk would be the perfect size!

If you don't drink dairy, you can also get boxed soy or almond milk. I've seen them at most Walt Disney World resort hotel food courts or at Target. The only drawback to them is that you can't bring them along if you're doing carry-on only luggage!
