    Sorry more halloween questions

First do the characters dress up for Halloween at Character dining places?
Next we are going to the party on Fri the 12th and staying till Tues. there is another party on Mon. Sooooo do I buy a 2 day hopper and go to the party on Mon. or buy a 3 day hopper and just go over to DCA at 6:00(when DL closes) like every one else? Any ideas would be great.

I don't think you'll be disappointed with going to the party twice. We usually do that, although we've never had dates so close together. At the first party, we focus on rides and trick-or-treating. At the second, we focus on atmosphere, the parade, fireworks, and costume watching. Also, you can focus on meet & greets and photos with characters at one party, then not have more free time at the second. On the other hand, if that won't work for you, I think you'll be able to enjoy an evening spent in Cars Land (it is so pretty at night) and enjoying the rest of DCA. Maybe you could do a WOC dining package?

We are going from Mon to Fri (Oct 22 to 25). Mon is a travel day. Tuesday is the Halloween party (only doing the 3 hour early entry) but starting the day with a character breakfast at Storyteller's. Wed, Thur and Fri will be our 3 day hoppers. Fri night we will be driving home to Phoenix so having another party that night is not a problem for us. If we decide to stay (which I highly doubt) we would just go to DCA. However, the kids are going to see their grandparents on Saturday so we need to get back home. We got a 3 day hoppers for a small discount but with the halloween party tickets it was almost $300 - so I think that is enough to spend - just my 2cents. Than again my boys are 2.5 yrs old so a 2nd party would be silly.

My thinking is Monday is our last full day and with the Halloween party on Monday Disneyland will be closing at 6:00. I love DCA but will it be super crowded due to the fact every one will be there. We have never spent our last night at DCA so I'm just not sure. We could get the Mon night party tickets for a discount with my Disney Visa so I think they are $46 so it really is not a lot of difference in price verses a 2 day hopper.

Also thinking about doing a Character dining if the charaters are dressed up in Halloween costumes does any one know if they are?

If the party ticket is at a discount then I guess it is worth it. Have fun !

I don't think the characters are in costume at the meals. I have been before at H'ween time and I don't recall seeing anybody in anything special. However it has been more than a few years so a regular might need to chime in here.
