Well Disney Promotions contacted me in Wensday. Then sent me an email with a form to fill out with dates I would like to go to the park and things like that emailed it on Wensday in pdf format. Received an email on Thursday that they had received the email and would be processing the trip. On Saturday I received my reservations and the instructions on how to check in and how everything will be delivered it has been so great dealing with Disney on this. I will tell you that I asked and ePrize did not get Disney promotions the information on the winners until 8-10-12 and I had to ask what parts of the prize Disney was dealing with and they are dealing with ever thing except the gas card and ePrize has told me that I should have that by the end of this week I’m amazed its finally happening.
Has Any of the other Prizes been awarded.

So I have been trying to contact eprize which is a joke, they have not called back yet.I also have been in contact with coca cola and they are looking into the situation.If we dont get our prizes soon I will be contacting my uncle who is the vice pres of the BBB and filing a complaint.

Only thing I will say is the most offensive thing in this country is everyone and everything always having to be politically correct all the time just because a word has a slang meaning all of sudden now it can’t be used in its true and defined meaning. Funny you find problem in what I said but you have no problem calling attention to my spelling pot calling the kettle black I think.

I emailed coke and krogger no response from either.
I emailed eprize today & got a response today about the 2 prizes we won 9cars merchandise & $50 Frys card). Here's the response:

Why the anxiety? I mean, I'm sure it's frustrating and hard to wait, but you know it will come eventually, and it's not something you've paid for. I tend to be more relaxed about getting free stuff. I'd be doubly so if the issuing company had admitted that there was going to be a delay, which I think they have.
I got exactly the same email back as aznewsboy (even from the same rep, "Liz").
I'll be happy as long as our passes come before MouseAdventure :-/ There was such a long window for the prizes to come already that I figured they'd have no issue sending the prizes in an 8-10 week window. I unfortunately made plans around the assumption that our prize would be here by now...
This is the response I got from Kroger's/ralphs

Prize distribution is not immediate. Depending on the prize won, it could take some time for the winner to receive it. Prize administration and distribution is handled by Coke, not Ralphs or Fry's. We appreciate our customers' enthusiasm and participation in this contest.
If customers ask how to get back in touch with Coke regarding their prizes, advise them to return to the contest website.

I am very disapointed. I won a 50.00 gift card to Ralphs and my fiancee won 2 park hoppers to disneyland in the coke/kroger Disney carsland contest. The contested ended May 22nd. We were told we would receive prizes from eprize with in 8-10 weeks still no prizes. This is the talk of the disney boards why a company as big as coke and kroggers aren't following through with their promisses. Everyones up in arms wondering what the next step we should take is. Personnly I don't want to take any more steps I just want the prizes we have won. It would even be nice for the inconvience if we got something else from Raphs. I love ralphs to death. It is by far my fav food store however I'm starting to wonder should I be spending money on a company that doesn't deliver. All my friends and familly feel the same way. Please see what you can do to get me and my fiancee our prizes as soon as possible.

While I appreciate your desire to receive your prizes, I do not concur with your statements that "this is the talk of the disney boards" and "everyone is wondering what next step we should take."
As a prize winner in this and other Disney contests, I am prepared to sit back and wait for my prize to arrive. Of course you should share with the company about whatever issues concern you, your family, or your friends may have shared with you. But you don't speak for "everyone." I am perfectly prepared to wait for my prize to show up in the mail whenever. At this point, it will be a little unexpected magic!
I'm sure you wouldn't want me mailing and claiming to speak on your behalf, right?

I can’t believe I’m about to do this but here I go. I’m sure kitty is not trying to speak for everyone but if you read many other sites and this one there are many upset people who want to know where the prize they were promised is. it was promised at 10 weeks of contest end and now we are at 11 weeks it is not right and many believe that just that.

I'm unaware of a definition for "everyone" that doesn't include, well everyone. Those were her words, not mine. As I said, I understand she anxious to receive her prizes. I'm equally anxious that people not presume to speak to Disney/Kroger/Fry's/ePrize about what *I* want. I'm very capable of doing that myself.
Again, anyone should feel absolutely free to contact anyone they like about late or missing prizes on their own behalf. It is unwelcome, on my part, however, to be lumped into a vaguely defined group of unhappy people contemplating their next steps. I am neither unhappy nor planning further action.

Thank you... not trying to step on anyones toes the people that want to wait can wait. Just remember they expire in June. I think alot of people want to have their prize before summers up. If you want to see your prize we need to speak up. Personally having an Ap I don't need the prize however it would be fun to bring friends and I feel sorry for kids that were promised disneyland this summer and are not going to get it and that makes me sad. Los Algeles unified school district will be back in school soon as long as many others,
Also if you start fight this thread will be shut down like the last one. As you can see by their response they really don't care any way. Any further communication I will use the word some not everyone for you so you can happily sit back and wait for your prize.
Back on topic has anyone else heard anything different on when the prizes may be sent out?
