    Fave counter service in Epcot

With a open to close day at Epcot, and a dinner at Teppan Edo, I am wondering if you all can give me a taste of your favorite quick services. We will have four kids with us ranging in age from 6-8 all of which have adventurous taste palates.

With all the times we have been to Disney World, we always do sit down locales like Teppan Edo, Coral Reef, etc. Thanks

For me, none of the quickserve places in Epcot hold up very well. If I do lunch in Epcot I like to sit out on the patio of the Rose and Crown, and eat while watching the boats go by!

We like Sunshine Seasons. Something for everyone and it's on the Future World side, where your choices for tasty food are fewer, IMO.

In World Showcase - I like to sit outside on the little covered patio at the Kringla Bakery, Norway. There's not too many tables, so it's nice to sit there and enjoy your food.

In Future World - if Sunshine Seasons is not too busy, I like to eat there (because of the variety). However, if it's too busy, I eat elsewhere.

Now that I think of it, I've only had Fish & Chips there as a quick service, and maybe a ordinary ice cream for a snack. We definately need to venture out on those snacks. All I know is Grand Marnier Slushies and Grey Goose Vodka, got my name all over them.

Do y'all by quick service and share?

    Thanks for the replies.

I won't argue with any of the suggestions made so far. I've even had some tasty offerings from Electric Umbrella (but those were highly flavored by hunger, too!)

The only two I wouldn't recommend are the US (because it's so limited) and Mexico, unless the limited offerings appeal and the line is actually moving. It always seems to be soooooo slow to get the food. I have YET to try the CS in Japan, though- I have never been hungry enough for a full meal when I've been near there and wanting a little something.

Cathy we loved La Cantina in Mexico. Of course there was no line. The chicken tacos and the nachos were a hit. Me, DH and the 2 older kids shared the 2 entrees and were full.

We love the C.S. in China. Their egg rolls and rice were very tasty...so was the beer!

I totally agree with Sunshine Seasons. Definitely a good selection and something for everyone.

I wouldn't recommend Electric Umbrella because the last two times we did it, the experiences and food quality didn't meet the "Disney" standards.

Another vote for Tangierine Cafe. We love the vegetable platter there. The coffee and baklava are also excellent.

It's very limited. I think it's just sausage (brat?, not sure what kind) with or without sauerkraut. You can also get just a side of 'kraut (as those who participated in MouseAdventure:World Explorers I will remember!)

Boulangerie Patisserie is great for a mid-day sweet treat! Their cheese plate is very good for a counter service. We always get that with a baguette.

    Apple strudel
    Pretzel

    All were good!
