I swear you people have me addicted. Addicted, I say!!!
Just added: The Firefly 5K on May 31st at 8:30pm at the Home Depot Center in the south bay. There's even a costume contest to win a GoPro camera. And it's only $22 via this link.
Anyone want to join me? They only give t-shirts and bibs. But, I will so make medals for my friends. And knowing me, they'll light up, because when I craft something, I go all out.
First 5K - Neverland - January 19th, 2013
First Half Marathon - TinkerBell - January 19th, 2014
It's amazing what is possible in just one year.

So long as you're not complaining
Not that I'd be doing it, but when is that in relationship to Memorial Day - -that might impact some decision making.
(If you don't feel like crafting click here - but some can't be shipped to California...)

It's the Friday after Memorial Day. Was looking for a nighttime summer run, so this will be perfect!
And, thanks for those bead links. I'm already looking at the "giant" variety. LOL!!

It was the BEST thing I did for that 10K in March? Was it March?
I can't commit to it yet. I have a pending obligation that night.

Dopey = 48.6
My race calendar: Boston Marathon on Monday. After a few weeks off will begin training for Ruckus Boston (an obstacle/mud run) with hopes of qualifying for Champion's Heat in my age bracket and THEN I have a team of 8 doing Tough Mudder in Vermont in August and THEN running the Rock'n'Roll Half in Providence in late-September with hopes of using that time for my 1/2 and full POT for Dopey. Whew...
On another note - these threads are GREAT!! It's amazing to just be able to share our thoughts and experiences whether they be WDW related or otherwise. Hoping in '14 we can all meet somewhere..hint hint!!

If that's what he's talking about, wouldn't it be nice if he brought his Boston bling? I'd love to see that in person!

(Tink (1), Dumbo Double Dare (3), Wine and Dine with C2C (2))
Since this post I have added a 10 K on May 11. (Mermaid Series)
5K in November (Totally Rad 80s run)
I will also be signing up for the 5K at WDW in November, Jingle Jungle 5K and most likely will be doing the SF Giants 10K in August.

Good luck to all running in Boston on Monday! Looks like the day will be cloudy with little chance of rain. Might be perfect running conditions for a change.

You had to sign up for a runDisney event and show runDisney bling, I thought. Maybe I'm wrong.
Either way, it's not a backpack but a sling bag. I got one for signing up for Wine & Dine, and you bet I'm coveting mine!

Oh, I just thought you had to show your bling? My bad. The bag did look pretty awesome. I'm not sure what a long bag is, but the photo looked like a cross between a backpack and a messenger. Is that correct?
