Recently Watched TV Shows
What was the last TV show that you watched, or what TV shows are you watching recently?
I dont know what to do about putting out spoilers so I will leave it up to the poster.
I been watching a lot of American Pickers, and Pawn stars recently on The History Channel. I love antiques, but sometimes I question what they actually pay for items, It seems like they pay way to much for stuff on these shows. Storage Wars is allso a fun watch but all those other Storage Hunters shows seem totally fake.
I missed the first two episodes of Charlie Sheen's new show Anger Management, Big fan of Charlie Sheen. Love Two and a Half Men.

I'm a HUGE fan of The Big Bang Theory. That's about all that I watch now.

At home in the hills
Whistler is starting to come to the dark side with regards to the Big Bang Theory.
I have watched it from the beginning.

Love the Big Bang Theory. I started watching it from the beginning, also. When it first came on, I was called for Jury Duty and the defense attorney, to kind of make himself 'likeable' after all the techincal questioning during voir dire, asked what our favorite show on TV was. (The baliff said he always did that, so I'm guessing on his motives.) I said The Big Bang Theory and he said "Oh, so a science show". "No, it's a sitcom"
A coworker has recently turned me on to Duck Dynasty. The guys are a bit crazy - but I don't think I've heard a 'bleep' on the show over cuss words, and family is super important to them. The coworker says it makes him want to move to that part of the state and hang out with "Grandpa" Phil and Uncle Si.

Does anybody actually watch The Kardashians? I watched it the other night out of pure boredom, and Im trying to fiqure out how in the heck did they get famous. It is like the Jersey Shore I guess its hard not to slow down and look at a wreck on the freeway.

My DVR fried last week while I was on "staycation" at my cousin's!!! So I missed a whole week of summer TV (Hell's Kitchen being my #1)
I need to see which ones are available to watch online and which I'll have to download
@Zombie Pirate - we watch the show partially and then I just delete when I can't take it anymore. I really don't even know how we started watching to begin with. I don't take it as "real" reality but as a really bad scripted sitcom lol. I have never watched Jersey Shore so I don't know if the comparison is fair but I'll back up your comparison to a wreck

Out of this world for Disney
We watch off and on so have no real following to a TV show especially ones that are airing now. We do watch American Pickers and I agree sometimes they just throw out a huge number and I'm like what are you thinking!!! DW likes to watch House Hunters International. Otherwise we do the DVD option alot for older shows or BBC shows, we're currently watching the BBC Keeping Up Appearances sitcom.
"Although we think it's DOPEY that Pluto has been downgraded to a dwarf planet, which has made some people GRUMPY and others just SLEEPY, we are not BASHFUL in saying we would be HAPPY if Disney's Pluto would join us as an 8th dwarf. We think this is just what the DOC ordered and is nothing to SNEEZE at."

In the grand scheme of things? No, not really. Only about 3 million people (i.e, less than 1% of us) watch each episode of the Kardashian shows. But in the world of niche cable entertainment that's a ton of people and enough to drive pop culture recognition.
Most people who have opinions about the Kardashians have never actually seen an episode of their shows.

'Tis the season of stupid summer TV.
Currently watching:
The Glades
Longmire - For some reason I'm liking it but I can't figure out why, since I don't link every individual part of it that I consider.
Rizolli & Isles - Though if someone took it off the DVR settings I wouldn't go hunting for it.
The Newsroom - Bombastic Sorkin, but I greatly enjoy fast paced reasonably witty dialog; even in pursuit of something that doesn't make much sense.

Once I start show I can't finish it even if it is beyond horrible. It's the OCD in me.
I DVR...
Real Housewives of NJ
Army Wives
Pretty Little Liars
Dateline NBC
I watch On Demand...
Teen Wolf (hate it)
Saving Hope (Interesting but nothing amazing. I don't think it is going to last)
Bunheads
Other than that I live on Food Network and me and the hubby just started Mad Men on Netflix.

I tried getting into Pretty Little Liars but it doesn't move quickly enough for me, being that I joined it when it was already 2 seasons in. I love The Lying Game though!
I'm also kind of sad that Gossip Girl is on its last season, but it has been pretty bad the last couple of seasons. I'm rewatching the beginning on Netflix now that it is streaming. Guilty pleasures? Very much so. I love those tween/teen dramas.

How funny because I thought The Lying Game was going nowhere so when it magically stopped taping on my DVR I didn't hunt it down on the internet to start watching it again.
I love the teen dramas too. I didn't watch them when I was a teen but now I love them. My other favs are Switched at Birth and Vampire Diaries.

I really like the shows on USA. We don't have USA anymore, so I have to remember to watch them online. Burn Notice, Covert Affairs, Nessasary Roughness, Doctor show set in the Hamptons whose name is escaping me at the moment. G and I would watch them together.

We've been watching the current season of MTV's Real World. We can't stand that kind of stuff, but are only watching to try catch some glimpses of St. Thomas in the background. I'm not sure if the quick glimpses are worth it.
My personal favorite two shows are Big Bang Theory and BBC America's Top Gear. I'm not into all of the crime/cop shows. There's enough of that in real life.

I loved Flashpoint when it was on CBS, then I found out that it was on ION. Then I went to Amazon and found seasons 1 - 4, so I bought them. My daughter and I only watched it when we could be together. I like that show a lot. I also watch The Big Bang Theory, NCIS and sometimes NCIS: Los Angeles.
Also we watch America's Got Talent, Wipeout and Rookie Blue.

I am also really into Southland. I love it primarily because it films in LA and I love anything (almost anything) shot in my town
But I also love how they blend in really dark comedic relief into serious situations. I'm so glad it got picked up on TNT after NBC cancelled it!

Trust Us With Your Life - new improv show from the creators (and most of the cast) of Whose Line Is It Anyway. We watched the first two episodes last night - pretty funny, especially the "flat" scenes. I miss the Ryan Stiles - Colin Mochrie interaction (Ryan isn't on this show).

I don't think Sisko is in the running for best captain of the Enterprise. Nor Janeway.
I'd have to go with Kirk, because he at least got lucky and made two good movies to Picard's 0.3.

Royal Pains ... One of my summer favorites.
Live or DVR: Big Bang Theory, CSI (LV & NY), NCIS (orig & LA), Blue Bloods, Hawaii 5-0, Grey's Anatomy, Mentalist (thanks Santa!) and Amazing Race.
Netflix: All 118 episodes of Num3ers (!), four seasons of Flashpoint, currently on season two of Law & Order (there are 20+ seasons).
DVD: All 7 seasons of the West Wing.
Lately, though, I've cut back. Maybe one hour a day. So, not watching much of anything.
