    The Land of "Cupid"

OK -- I didn't want to -- but I got sucked in. Its down to the final 10 -- my money's on Rob (not the Austrian Robert, the other one). Anyone else watching this guilty pleasure?

I watched the first 2 episodes just to watch how pitiful the guys are. It was a riot watching the girls rip into all the idiots. Some guys were so bad all you had to do was be normal and you got on the show.

I had no interest to watch once they got through the try-outs though, so I didn't watch it last night.

LOL I watched the first 2 episodes too, although I thought alot of those guys were jokes, I did feel sorry for some, how the one friend would just rip into them.

    Yup --
    Think "Bachlorette"+"American Idol."

Lisa and her two friends (both witches with a b) auditioned men from four cities and picked 20 to come to Hollywood. THen they narrowed the list down to 10. They broke the guys into four groups, eliminated one from each group (the serious ones, the creative ones, the jocks and the diamonds in the rough), then one from a pool party and the rest the next morning. NExt, Lisa will date the guys and America will decide who gets to stay. Lisa comes with a $1 million dowry if she and her man marry and stay married for at least one year.
It airs on CBS at 10 p.m. on Wednesdays

    Eek! Guilty Pleasure? Definitely!

I was dead set against this stupid show, but since Simon isn't really on it, and it comes on after another show I swore I'd never watch (Big Brother 4), but I have.......I haven't missed an episode of Cupid.

I thought I would despise Lisa, but I'm actually really liking her! And she made some pretty funky picks during the try-outs, so I was impressed by her willingness to not just go with the pretty boys, and she has eliminated some of the best looking guys--like Dain (?) at the karaoke place and the guy at the salon. So, good for her!

Her friends are total witches. I thought I'd like them more than I do, but I just don't.

I don't have a favorite guy yet. And I can't remember any of their names.......

I'm mostly just funny and laughing, but I'm serious about a few things, like taking care of bugs, recycling, and when people say that Luke was The Chosen One, because really it was Anakin.~~Cassidy, 7

Based on the reactions others in the internet community are having on who she eliminated and who she kept during the last episode, it sounds like this woman (Lisa) is a jerk magnet. I don't know anything about the guys she eliminated other than what I saw on the try-outs, but according to what many are saying, she should have let her 2 friends make the eliminations instead.

I mean, isn't that what this was all about? She hasn't exactly had much success in the past picking her own men, so her friends are doing it for her, with America making the final decision. It sounds like they abandoned the entire premise of the show to allow her to make the eliminations from the top 20 down to 10.
