Are you picking up Park Tickets? You should be able to pick them up at any Guest Relations window at the parks as well.
The search function is like the Force. It may take practice, but the more you use it, the more control you will have over it!
I am picking up tickets, but since we are arriving from CA in the afternoon and attending an educational tour the next day (I need to have the special homeschool tickets in hand), I didn't want to have to go to the park & pay for parking or use one of my park days for a half day. The email says I can pick them up at Downtown Disney Guest Relations. Thanks for your help.
It sits between the Team Mickey Athletic store and Arribas Brother store. Just around the corner from Ghirardelli. Park on the Market Place side closer to The World of Disney Store not the West Side.
I did YES with my daughter last year and was able to pick tickets up here. The YES tours were awesome! Have a great trip.
