Do you LIKE MousePlanet on Facebook? How to make sure you see all of our updates

Hey MousePlanet fans! We know this is going to sound like one of those tin-foil-hat, "Facebook is about to scan your brain" posts you probably see all the time, but keep reading - this is real, and it's something most Facebook fans don't know about.

Have you wondered why some of your favorite Facebook pages (like MousePlanet) have seemed awfully quiet lately? Well, Facebook has this tool called EdgeRank that decides FOR YOU if you get to hear from the companies and organizations YOU ALREADY LIKE.

If you don't "Like," comment on or share their posts often enough, Facebook decides you don't *really* want to hear from that company or organization, and stops showing you their updates on your wall. Sucky, right?

As a company, we can PAY Facebook to share our posts with fans who ALREADY "Like" us, but if we don't, you'll only see about 25% of what we post. That means you're missing more than 75% of the news, photos and special events we post.

Fortunately there is a way you can stay in touch with the pages you really want to hear from, but it requires you to set up a list of your favorite companies. The 3/50 Project (a non-profit organization dedicated to helping small businesses STAY in business) explains it all in this flyer:
