The music is the song from Cars, and it's the same song played on Route 66 when the lighting "moment" happens. Tony used the same version and synced it exactly to the theme park audio - that's exactly what you'd hear if you were standing in Cars Land, just without all of the crowd chatter.

All repeat WDW visitors should immediately adjust their next trip to California solely for the purpose of visiting Carsland and riding the Racers.
No sarcasm.
