Don't forget about the new Recruitment Badge you can earn if you get another team to sign up! Any team already registered for MouseAdventure World Explorers that recruits a new team to register will receive a new, super rare, MouseAdventure World Explorer's Recruitment Badge for each member of their team. Each member of the new recruited team will also receive the patch!

Simply email mouseadventure@mouseplanet.com once both teams are registered with both the existing team name and the recruited team name and the badge will be added to your registration packet at check-in.

For Californians traveling to Orlando for World Explorers IV, Virgin America just dropped fares from LAX or SFO to MCO. What was previously a $509 round trip for me from San Francisco is now $357, and they waived the change fee. Does "new team" mean a brand new team or a team that's just never done MA World Explorers?
Just puttin' it out there... got a returning team who's ready to travel, hasn't registered and loves super exculsive badges.

A new team is ANY team not already registered for the MA World Explorers event in November.

I know for events in California you are able to arrange for discounted single day admission tickets. Are such tickets also available for Florida?

In the past, when we have had a breakfast before the event, WDW offered us discounted admission tix (and a couple of times they also offered us "after 4pm" tix for Epcot Food and Wine). This time we are not having a breakfast before the event, so the chances of reduced admission are VERY low.

Our past discount was never really all that much (I think it was $4 off for a one day/one park pass). As you may already know, WDW rarely offers discounted admission tickets, they instead offer free dining plans or discounted rooms.

For travel, Andrew was totally correct, Virgin America has some really great deals right now. And Southwest also has some good flights.

The Magic Kingdom World Explorers event is really shaping up to be a super fun game, we'd love to have you join us!

Now that we know there is no breakfast, is there any chance of getting a sort of rough, likely time frame for the game? I'm just wondering if the 5-8:30 timeslot on the AP Fantasyland previews is possible at all. We're going to try for the 10th, but it might be nice to have another option, depending on timing.

Whatever the answer, we are really looking forward to MA:WE 4, This time it's Magical!

Virgin America didn't have much left but found some decent fares traveling Delta one way and UA the other. Will be registering shortly! (Sent a pm to our recruiting team so depending on how often she checks in here, hope to hear back from them soon)

I'm pretty sure I know what they'll have on them - but haven't gotten to nitty gritty designing yet.
