DCL offers special rates to DVC members on Disney Fantasy sailings in June 2012

Here's a great offer for DVC members:

For just $157 per person, per night, Members can book a verandah stateroom of their choice
on select 7-Night Caribbean sailings aboard the Disney Fantasy in June, 2012.
(Total voyage fare is $1099 per person).

Here's the fine print:
Offer not available on a vacation points basis.

For new bookings, Members may book a maximum of three Staterooms per Membership. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Offer valid on most Disney Fantasy sailings from 6/2/12 to 6/30/12 for categories 04A-07A, subject to availability.
Rates are in US dollars, per person, and based on double occupancy. Rate excludes Government Taxes and Fees of approximately $80 per person for 7-Night Caribbean sailings (subject to change).
This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or onboard credits.
If a Member has an existing reservation for a category 04A-011C Stateroom that was not booked through Disney Vacation Club, the Member may apply this offer only to the stateroom in which the Member is traveling.
Membership will be verified prior to sailing. Must fax a copy of Membership ID card within 48 hours of booking to 407-566-7587.
