    Upcoming trip, considering annual pass...

I am considering going ahead and getting the Annual Pass, instead of just the one trip ticket. When I got my Florida Resident AP in 2004, I had just moved to Tampa and all I took to the ticket window was a utility bill and some other mail with the address and my name on it, as I did not have a FL ID yet. This was not an issue and I got my pass right there. If I still have property in FL, I could do the same now, even though I am technically only a part-time resident. Anybody know how strict they are these days to get the discount?
