DCL policy changes for courtesy holds and payments

Disney Cruise Line has changed the period of time that a reservation can be held without funds. In an effort to maximize the availability of stateroom inventory onboard the ships, the amount of time that courtesy reservation holds a stateroom without funds being applied has been shortened.

The courtesy hold period is changing from:
3 days for Suites/Concierge categories to 1 day
5 days for Non-Suites/Non-Concierge categories to 3 days

The following change has also been made to the payment extension policy:
No extensions are allowed on Suites/Concierge categories
A one time extension of 3 days is allowed on Non-Suites/Non-Concierge categories, unless prompted by the system that No extensions are allowed (which usually applies to special sailings such as inaugurals).
