Really? The waiter was dissing his own restaurant? That's when I think I'd just pick up and leave and get a burger somewhere!

Ive eaten at Tonys once and the food wasnt memorable. But it was better then Olive Garden and Fazolis for goodness sake.... Those arent even "real" Italian food

I know! You should have seen my face!!! And I was reluctant to order the food, but we did and it really wasn't good. Coming from an Italian...well, yes I am picky about true good Italian food. My Granny taught me how to cook! HUGS to my GRANNY!

I will never return to Tony's. Not only was the atmosphere not Disney-like at all for me, (Right on top of the exit to the kitchen and screaming/running/obnoxious children (I know we are in Disney, but don't ignore your kids so they annoy me.)) but the food was AWFUL!

Tutto Italia was great and we also are fans of Mama Melrose.

I would skip Tony's and head straight to the Plaza or Liberty Tree!

I just ate there on May 18th. I was hesitant based on the reviews of this thread. However, we had great service. Our ADR's were for 5:00 but we were seated early. We got a table in the solarium so we could see Main Street and were able to watch the Flag Retreat and the Move It Shake It street celebration. Our server Garrett was teriffic. He explained the menu in detail and made sure that we had everything we needed. He brought us 2 refills for each drink ordered without even being asked. The food was decent. I agree that it's not the best Italian food on property but for theme park food, it was above par and certainly better than Olive Garden. I had the pork tenderloin on rosemary infused noodles. Two other members of our party had the lasagna and the third person had the fish special for the day which was sea scallops on a bed of fava beans. We all enjoyed our meals. I would certainly consider giving it a try. You never know what kind of service you will receive at any restaurant.
