Who do I call?
So EXCITED!! Our trip is coming up fast and I would like to add some special touches to our room, but don't know who to call. Thinking of having autographed photos in our room upon arrival as well as Mickey shaped rice krispies or cookies and milk. We are doing a late evening 9 pm check in @ DLH and I just want my girls wowed!
The next evening I am going to sneak awaywhile the kids are in the park with dh and purchase balloons in the park on my way back to the room and place stuffed Mickey's and Minnies for each of the kids with tags from their "friends".
So does anyone have the # on who I contact for the Photos and treats..Who is the best person to speak with to help me with these little suprises?
TIA

I'm sorry. I have no helpful answer. But I saw the thread title and so I had to come here to give you the obvious one:
GHOSTBUSTERS!
Thank you.

OP, have you tried concierge at the hotel? That is what my Dh has done in the past (for other hotels/occasions).

I thought Concierge is only for those who have paid for Concierge services?

Oh no! I didn't mean it that way at all. I felt dumb for not realizing that DL could be charging for services that others provide for free.

When in doubt, give the front desk a call to explain what you are looking for, then let them direct you. Most likely, you will be directed to the hotel concierge desk (not the concierge floor), but there may be another guest services desk that can help you. Have a wonderful trip!

I knew you would know the answer! I used them last year for my friend's birthday and for the life of me, I could not remember whom I called to arrange it!
