    Disneyland Annual Passport Upgrade Questions

I currently have a southern California Annual Passport.

    It will expire on 4/24/2012

I would like to go to Disneyland on a Blackout Date on 3/17/2012.

Blackout day will cost me $60

Since I am with 40 days of renewal, can I apply the blackout day cost to the renewal of my annual pass?

Block out passes are now $59

And I cannot use a ticket to "renew" my pass within the renewal period.

Go to the booths on 3/17 and just renew your AP. unless things have changed very recently (past month or so), you also receive an extra receipt like ticket that you show with your AP at the gates to get in that day.

The centers no longer exist. You go to the ticket booth outside the gates.

That's where you get your actual AP. the photos aren't on the APs anymore but you have to take one with a photo pass photographer for the computer.

You go to the ticket booth and they will generate the hard annual pass. When you enter te park the first time, they will ask for ID as your name is on the pass, but there is no picture. Once you enter the park, you will need to find a photo pass photographer (sometime during the day.) They will take your picture that will be uploaded into the computers. Until it gets uploaded, you will need ID to get through the gates. And you will always need ID for discounts.

Also, when you find a convient Photopass photographer, make sure to tell them it is for your AP, because they will step closer to get a headshot. (Mine was going to take a regular pic even though I said AP photo, so I had to reitterate.... I still would like to know how Whistler's photo was still in the system from 3 years ago but not mine. )
Oh, and your AP is your new Photopass card as well.
