Do the number amount of days have to be exactly those or a minimum? Also, does it have to be done over the phone? I tried online but it doesn't give me the free quick service.

And I wanted to add...the dates listed only count for check in dates. In other words as long as you check in by the last day you can get it for your entire trip up to 14 nights.
