Go on YouTube and watch ride videos, or Official Disney YouTube videos which are a lot of updates and behind the scenes stuff.

When I first started to go to WDW I use to go to my local Disney Store in NJ. But for the last 18 years I've been helping people plan their Disney vacations and it is awesome. I talk to them about all my trips and answer questions and each time I reminisce of all those wonderful memories like being the Grand marshals in 95. Even though I'm not going on vacation a little piece of me goes with each and every guest I send. Now I have the ten year old that went with her parents in 96 taking her daughter for the first time. Or the people who were called Mom & Dad, who now also answer to Grandma & Grandpa taking all their kids and grand kids on that Disney vacation. They have memories that I was part of and allowing me to help them make new memories.

When they come home we talk about restaurants and attractions they went on and I get to share in their experiences. I get the emails with the pictures and I get to see the smiles on everyone's face and the children's eyes as big as they can get! I've been very fortunate and I love it but my trips to WDW but are less and less since moving to AZ. Dland is great but it's like dating twins, they both are similar and look alike but one is that first love and always will be.

I spend most of my free time reading all the multiple Disney websites and message boards but I am not sure what the rules are about posting the names of other message boards so I won't post it. But you can Google "Disney message boards" and get 3 or 4 pretty decent ones.

I visit all the Disney websites and forums. I look at Disney pictures, movies and you tube, but it only makes me long for a Disney trip.

I have no plans for any trips, so I'm living off of Pandora Disney channel!

Working hard for that next WDW trip! December 2013

    Me neither.

I'm at my mums looking at all the lovely ornaments I've bought her from our last 4 trips. Have no idea when we'll return. DS says he's Disneyed out

I popped into our local Disney store, and they had a display with ornaments they had just gotten...some were quite cute - but I can't quite bring myself to get into Christmas yet. I'm still bitter about it starting (retail-speaking) already and Thanksgiving getting overlooked
We are going out to dinner next weekend with another mousepadder, and another couple that likes to frequent Orlando. I think we shall be bringing up the ideaof a trip next December (2013).

Well that's just tragic. I was asked last night, "Isn't there ANY way we can go?" The longer I'm away, the more appreciative I am of those trips!

Tina... I know what you are talking about...

Last night, for Epcot's 30th anniversary, there were several people live streaming Illuminations which had a special ending. (Which was super cool) It was real neat to see something like that live, but it ended with me wanting more.

We like to watch our Disney movies, watch youtube (the rides), and print out the current menus for Disneyland and California Adventure.

Oh, we also make our fave dishes from Disney.

Filet and Cheddar Cheese soup from LeCellier is a special treat.

Last Sunday, we made Tonga Toast. It was epic!

    Just to name a couple....

A and I tried to watch the Mattercam to see the fireworks the other night, but it wasn't panning that direction for some reason, so we watched them on Youtube.

I almost forgot! we have a chip & dip bowl shaped like Mickey that we use once in a great while.

I've also got a mickey shaped cookie cutter that I am hoping to make rice krispie treats soon - gonna dip the ears in chocolate and everything!

Having made 200 heart shaped rice crispy treat for wedding favors, cut them soon after they are "set". Or it is like trying to cut through concrete.

Oh cool - thanks for the tip. I had thought to make up a small batch of krispie treats, than spread it out a bit, and use the cookie cutter. So you say to do it while warm? Okay, I can remember that! I was thinking of making a 1/2 dozen or so for Eric for his b'day later this month.

We started with trying to mold them with the cookie cutter but they were too warm/hot. Let them cool just enough to be able to still move them around and we were able to reuse the bits inbetween the hearts by molding them on where there were low spots. Our maker got ahead of us and the cooler they were the harder to cut them out became.
