A week from tomorrow we'll be chaperoning grad night!!! And since HB said so, it must be true, 25 days till carsland with friends.

Only 6 more days and a wake-up!! Super excited!! This is the very first year to fly, we always make a Disneyland road trip. It will be nice to take off and then land an hour & 1/2 later.

I've done the drive from Dallas many times, as well as flying many times. When I have the time, I actually enjoy the driving. The 2 day trip from Dallas just builds the anticipation, and when I finally arrive it's with a feeling of accomplishment. But these days I rarely have the time, so flying is good too!

Thank you, we will! I actually enjoy the drive too. We drive straight through...17 hours, we have it down to a science..lol. We stop at the same fill up stations, coffe drive thrus every year. And we listen to just about only Disney all the way down, and we only bring the Disney dvds. All my friends think I'm crazy...lol. Thats why I love the site.

5 Weeks and 5 days! I know it's getting closer when I start having dreams/nightmares about our trip. Last night was the "OMG! I only have ONE camera battery" nightmare. As a photographer, this is truely a terrifying thought! LOL! I've also had crazy dreams about rushing from one ride to another across the two parks (because we'll only be there for one day) and the logistics and worry . . . I have to tell my self to RELAX! Even with the crazy Carsland crowds, it will be FUN!

Last night over dinner celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary my wife was trying to convince me to book a Disneyland trip as it's been 18 months since we last went. After looking at the screamin hot prices this morning and wrangling some holidays we bit the bullet and in 18 days we are off to the park for 4 days. Stayin at the Sheraton Resort and we will have lots of time in the park and will beat many of our friends to the Cars land rides. Hopefully some nice weather to go along with that as well. we have had some wet cold weather lately.

After looking at the screamin hot prices this morning and wrangling some holidays we bit the bullet and in 18 days we are off to the park for 4 days. Stayin at the Sheraton Resort and we will have lots of time in the park and will beat many of our friends to the Cars land rides. Hopefully some nice weather to go along with that as well. we have had some wet cold weather lately.

Way to make a decision and GO! Yay!!!! Have a fabulous time and Happy Anniversary! PS - LOVE Victoria!

I tend to have very strange Disney park dreams from time to time. One time I went to Disneyland and it was all inside a building, like a big K Mart. Another time when riding on the Astro Orbiter (up on top of the PeopleMover where it belongs), you rode by wrapping your ankles around the end of each rocket arm and swinging around head out, no safety line or anything. I can remember on that one thinking in my dream "Hey, this doesn't seem very safe!"

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I had yet ANOTHER dream/anxiety nightmare the other night. I left our tickets on the printer at home and we were wasting so much time trying to find them instead of just buying new tickets that we missed the whole day and never got to ride Radiator Springs Racers. I woke up and felt "off" all day. At least we weren't hanging by our ankles on a ride.

ANYway . . .

ONE MONTH exactly 'til we visit Carsland! And I promise, I won't forget my tickets!!!
