Through mumblings around the internet, I have not heard many people express that they are looking forward to the disruptions related to a Presidential visit.
The search function is like the Force. It may take practice, but the more you use it, the more control you will have over it!

Thank goodness I'm not there. I've been in Manhattan when Obama & his wife have made things a nightmare when they flew into the city for a "date night".
I watched it streamed live online. The speech started at about 12:35 PM and lasted until a little after 1 PM. Highlight will likely be on the evening news of your choice. The idea is to boost tourism through streamlining the visa process while still maintaining security.
