This was a new issue for me...I'm trying to post my WDW trip report by pasting from Word over into the posting space. I've always done it that way, but this is the first time I ever had issues with the right-hand scroll bar scrolling up high and not staying where I have clicked my mouse in the posting space...it just keeps going back up toward the top over & over & over, and it's driving me nuts! Not sure if this is a new thing or if there is just a conflict with my mouse, but I've used the same equipment previously & never had this issue before.
