Beach Club access to EPCOT-Future World

We will be staying at the Beach Club for the first time this fall, and understand that it is a short walk or ferry ride to EPCOT-World Showcase at the International Gateway.

However, since the World Showcase does not generally open until 11pm and Future World opens at around 9am, can one still enter EPCOT at the International Gateway in World Showcase at 9am?

I note that there is NO direct bus connection to EPCOT from the Beach Club, so that, other than walking to the International Gateway or taking a ferry, the only other way to get to EPCOT is to change at the TTC, another park or another hotel. Any advice?

The International Gateway entrance is open as the park opens, but the International pavilions are closed. It is not a long walk to Future World. You will be ultra-close, so no transportation will be needed.

I rather enjoy entering Epcot through the International Gateway prior to 11 when World Showcase opens. There are no crowds, so although none of the shops and restaurants are open, it is kind of fun to have that little sliver of World Showcase (UK and Canada pavilions only) all (or almost all) to one's self.

And, yes, the walk is very short. In fact, I have often thought that if one is staying at the very far end of the Beach Club closest to Epcot that it is almost a shorter walk to Epcot than it is back to the Beach Club lobby.

One final note: when walking to Epcot from the Beach Club, it is fun to take the route that goes under the bridge to the Boardwalk. I don't know why, but I have always found that small diversion to be quite relaxing and one of my favorite things to do at WDW.
