So I can't get my pictures to load anymore even though I save them to the desktop as a small file jpeg. I am on a MAC and took pictures this summer specifically for this game. Anyone have any ideas to help me out??

I don't know, I can't get them cropped with Whistler's software to get them small enough to load here.

I have a mac. What I do is open my iphoto then open my folder where my Disney photos are & move it into the iphoto, crop it, save to my desk top & then load it using the advanced function on here. Hope that helps...

I found it on the FAQ's...

How do I attach a file to a post?

To attach a file to your post, you need to be using the main 'New Post' or 'New Thread' page and not 'Quick Reply'. To use the main 'New Post' page, click the 'Post Reply' button in the relevant thread.

On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'. Clicking this button will open a new window for uploading attachments. You can upload an attachment either from your computer or from another URL by using the appropriate box on this page. Alternatively you can click the Attachment Icon to open this page.

To upload a file from your computer, click the 'Browse' button and locate the file. To upload a file from another URL, enter the full URL for the file in the second box on this page. Once you have completed one of the boxes, click 'Upload'.

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window. You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

What files types can I use? How large can attachments be?

In the attachment window you will find a list of the allowed file types and their maximum sizes. Files that are larger than these sizes will be rejected. There may also be an overall quota limit to the number of attachments you can post to the board.

How do I add an image to a post?

If you have uploaded an image as an attachment, you can click the arrow next to the 'Attachment Icon' and select it from the list. This will be inserted into your post and can be located where you want it displayed.

To include an image that is not uploaded as an attachment and is located on another website, you can do so by copying the full URL to the image, (not the page on which the image is located), and either pressing the 'Insert Image' icon or by typing after it, ensuring that you do not have any spaces before or after the URL of the image. You can insert pictures from your albums (?) in this way too.

    FYI

I use Microsoft Office Piture Manager to compress my photos.

I believe the program is free and prorably already on your computer.

You can use it to crop too.

Just open a photo in it, click on the "Edit Pictures" then choose crop to crop or compress to compress. I usually use the Web pages or E-mail messages to really get them small. Mouse planet doesn't give a whole lot of memory to load up to us non paying users so you have to really get them small and then delete some of the older photos to get enough room to post more.

    Hope that helps

For reducing file size on pictures on a PC I use a freeware program called Faststone Image Viewer that's available for download from cnet.com and other places. Under Tools there is a Batch Convert option that can be used to reduce the file size of images (no cropping but you can do that if you want too) using the advanced options to resize. My 12 mp full size pictures that are almost 3mb can be reduced to width of 400mp in nothing flat.

    Isn't that right Roz?

Isn't there a chimney with fireworks blowing out of it? I know I've seen it somewhere. Is that what this is?

I think Phineas is talking about the fire department building.

I thought there was fireworks coming out of the side of the Firehouse where you have the TNT detonator. Or is this one of those great imagineer themes where one side is one thing and something different around the corner but the same building? Then again its probably just me remembering wrong ;-)
