Today is Hovito Day!
Let me splain. Three days out from a Disney trip is always Hovito Day. It comes from the first Indy movie, where the guy at the beginning pulls a dart out of the tree, tastes it, and says "Hovitos are near. The poison is fresh - three days."
Strange? Yeah. Geeky? Absolutely. But I LOVE Hovito Day!!!!!!

Truly 'bye this time. Last peek to see ya'all. I'm still not quite all together. Dog ran away and the cat ran away while I was out running after the blasted dog (I accidentally left the door open when I ran after the dog). All animals in the home and resting comfortably. I, on the other hand, am just now doing what should have been done 5 hours ago. LOL! Oh well! Time to streamline the last-minute projects. I'm watchin' the Mentalist and putting it all together. See you in 10 days!

I'm not sure if this is allowed - please let me know if not. If anyone is going to the World and would be interested in a 'free beer' from Germany's quick service - please let me know. THere's a catch - I need another Epcot Germany tall plastic souvenir stein (it says Biergarten Epcot Germany with a German flag on the top). I don't recall what DH paid for it (maybe $12 including the beer?) but he dropped it onto hard tile and it's got a nasty crack now. I'd be willing to cover the cost including shipping (regular plain old mail - in Canada we can insure for $1 on every hundred so that would be bonus but not necessary if it's too much) and of course the mug and someone would have to be willing to drink the beer and wash it before shipping. I'd love to have it in hand before Christmas if possible so as to put it in his stocking maybe. If you're going, and willing, I'll send you a money order ahead of time, in US funds (or whatever I have to!) in order to get it if at all possible. I'd buy it on line if there was a way too but sadly most (all?) souvenir drink mugs can't be had anywhere on line! Please PM me if you're able to help.

Yup. My kids and DH are used to me referring to my 'mouse nerd' site (no offence to anyone) when discussing anything Disney related (latest and greatest news, usually!) and other things I've chatted about on here. They all smile and shake their heads, then use the information to have a good trip with (the stuff they didn't know...it's a crime!)

107 days for me! Just one week from today, and I'll be 1/3 of the way through my countdown. (I started at 151 days.)

Single digit dance day! Oh yeah, oh yeah! 9 DAYS till our first stay at BLT, MNSSHP and F&W! we missed Halloween time at Disney last year due to our move and we ended up choosing Christmas time, this year we get to go for both! I am beyond excited. Now I just need to pack and get the house in order.
