Disneyland Hotel price in October

We are planning (another hehe) trip to Dland in October of this year...we have been to the parks 18 times and always stay at different hotels in the area...we wanted to splurge for 2 nights at the Disneyland Hotel...question...

We are buying our annual passes in October...if we book our hotel room now at the non-annual pass holder price, can this price be changed to a lower one once we get our annual pass?

AND....how much does the Disneyland hotel go for in October?

I am curious about this too. DH and I go in Nov, but we are not passholders. I usually watch for the discounts that get posted in Sept for Nov. Still I would like to know what others advise.

The weekend night rates can be more, and prices are probably higher than what I'm giving you for the Halloween weekend but standard rooms: Disneyland hotel $315. Paradise Pier $250. Grand Cali. $380. FYI, these are currently the cheapest standard rates (as in peak times, non peak, etc) AP discounts can be as much as about 40% off but those rates won't be available until much closer to your arrival dates. But those are the rates, you can play with number and see what it would be with a 25/30/40% off, if you want to try to shoot for a target budget.
