Oh!!! Since we have used a driver to get us to and from the airport, I'm soooo spoiled! We love having a towncar pick us up and drive...that's when the real feel of a vacation kicks in! LOL!!!

Exactly! I was ALL about the DME until I tried the towncar when I was travelling solo last trip. I was HOOKED! It was so fast and less-stressful than driving myself OR taking DME. I also like the free stop at the grocery they let you have!

Working hard for that next WDW trip! December 2013

I do the same thing, usually about a month before a Disney trip. I start out slow, but work up to walking a couple miles every other day. I really hate it for the most part, but I'm very happy I'm in slightly better shape than normal by the time I hit the parks!

Not sure if this is actually an accomplishment, but it was so nice to log into my DVC site and see two FL trips booked in 2012! Our race weekend trip in January and our cruise on the Fantasy in December! Woohoo!

    Yeah Shannon! That sounds exciting!!!

It's definite for sure now with DMIL not going to WDW with us. She's scheduled for back surgery June 9th. It's going to be very different without her in WDW.

I made dining ressies that included her, should I even bother calling WDW Dine and tell them the ressies are for 4 not 5?

I would check to see if there's availability online for parties of 4 before you call - but generally, yes, I'd get that changed. If you were going from even to odd number, it wouldn't be a factor, but going from odd to even, you can bump down a table size.

I made my plane reservations for my F&W/MouseAdventure trip! Southwest opened up their calendar for the rest of the year, so I jumped on the flights I wanted - and I'll just watch them to see if they go down - and if so, grab the credit. I had $91 of credit in my account with them from my 4th of July trip that I was able to use to offset this trip!

And have our shirts 3/4 designed for MA! Sent the draft out for review by the team (aka my sisters) and got a thumbs up from all of them. Ok, so I'm a little ahead of the curve on that one - but I've been using my scrapbooking software more lately, and I figured out how I could do it fairly cleanly.

I noticed the SW calendar yesterday too Cathy.

That was sort of an accomplishment. We researched flights last night but DH wants to wait to book; but we won't wait too long.

Still waiting for SWA to open up a little more. They are up to 1/6/12 and I need to see a return flight on 1/10/12.

Today I finished my May Trip report! Yay!! ( I still have to type out the last 2 days and post it though.)

As far as everyone getting new sneakers..I have to tell you about the conservation I had with the d"future"h. He comes home Weds. I said to him, "what's the first thing you want to do.. " He said.. "Besides hug you and not let go I want to go to the mall. I need new 'kicks,' and I only have 5 days to break em in for Disney, and then I want a bowl of cereal, diet coke, and a beer." LOL

Hey, if it ain't online where I can read it, it ain't finished!!!

Funny comments from the fiance. I remember doing a USO tour of Europe many years ago. I was gone only a month, and the first thing I wanted to do when I got back stateside was to get a McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese and some salty fries!!!

HaHa It's the little things he misses! and Disney of course!

So My accomplishment for today is I started the FAKE itinerary today. The one I will show him on the airplane along with his Mardi Gras beads (DRINCE )

Yesterday's accomplishment: booked a full engagement photo session for Epcot (4 countries- haven't decided which ones yet- suggestions welcomed) I have A LOT of scars so retouching SEALED THE DEAL for me! Also, his best man is going to go half with me. So I really only need $150. Not bad huh ?

    off to neverland...

we made the decision to go to WDW for Thanksgiving. The girls have 5 days off from school and our friend will be down there, who were kind enough to include us in their Thanksgiving day ADR's before we even booked our hotel. We have two of the nights booked at SSR and the other two waitlisted and we have a waitlist at the Villas at WL for the full 4 night. We have Oct, Nov and Dec trips booked, now to figure out dates for April!

Morocco I agree with - I will message why I do not think that would work! I love the area near France that's more so towards the bridge that connects UK or Internl' gateway. Japan is DEF on my list because of the garden area! So beauitful, but China sounds like a good idea!

Thanks! And ya know, since we have AP's we really need to get our money out of them. Plus there is NOTHING to do here in back woods, NC so we have to get out of town every chance we get!

Meal planning with my sister and her roomie, who are going to run the WDW Half with me. We all agree that we want to eat at Sanaa and drink ourselves around the world at Epcot. That's about it. I had to throw in my desire to try Yak and Yeti and CP for a new character breakfast.
