Does Guest Services still do this?

about 4 years ago when my family went to disneyland, where upon check in each child had "mail" autographed photos of the kids favorite characters with stickers and such.when we got in our room "gift" baskets were waiting for the kids from Mickey and all his friends. Each child had a personalized basket and helium balloons attached.

A week before our arrival I mailed a large box with disney items that I had purchased to the DLH.Guest Services had taken all the items that were labeled for each child and made individual baskets complete with mickey ribbons and celephane wrap, also filled the balloons I sent and made wonderful suprises for the kids.

Does anyone know if they still offer that?
The gentleman I worked with on this suprise was very nice, I can not remember his name, he was highly recommended, but passed away shortly after our visit. It was a real shocker to the disney family as it was unexpected.

For enough money, they will probably do just about anything. I don't know what you paid for that service in the past, I would assume that the price has increased since then, perhaps dramatically. Whether it has increased beyond the point of reasonable is unknown. Why don't you call them and report back to all of us

The fact that they have a presence on the DL website is a good sign (did you click on the words in my post that said "Here's their Webpage"?) Other than that, I don't recall seeing anything recently - so I think currence has a great idea - just give them a call.

they can no longer accept outside merchandise, due to the fact they create their own gift baskets.. but they will do character photos at the front desk.
I just may have to ship the items there to myself and make my own...sneak away from the park and put them together and suprise the girls when they get back to the room.
