I saw her two weeks ago and thought she was great. She got a fantastic voice and I really enjoyed the show more than I thought I would. When I first saw her, I knew I had seen her someplace before but couldn't remember where exactly...then it hit me, California Dreams. One of those bad Saturday morning teen shows on NBC. She's now in a all girl pop group called Nobody's Angel.

See, they started as Ali, AmySue, Sarah, and Stacey. THen Stacey and AmySue left the group, and Ali and Sarah called up Jennie to join, and they got another girl too.

Latest I've heard is that the group had broken up. So maybe that's why Jennie has enough time to do the show She was cute as Sam on California Dreams...

I watched Nobody's Angel (with Jennie) at Cast Blast 2002. I kinda had a thing for Jennie when she was on California Dreams, so when my friend pointed her out to me at Cast Blast, I was like, whoa. They weren't too bad for a not-as-popular teenybopper group. I didn't even know whe was in Aladdin....I gotta see it now.

On a side note....I'm almost certain Kwan isn't her real last name.

on a side note I was talking to a CM the day all the shows were canceled (yes I feel like a jerk, now that I know why they were canceled) and she said that Disney pulled the group since pop was so out at the moment, instead offered her this chance to be in the show. She did a great job, or so I thought. Since I was a die hard Party fan I wanted to see DeeDee, but next time... anyone here see Nobody's Angel when they were on the Disney movie Model Behavior? Any way the guy on there that played the the boyfriend, not Justin Timberlake, but the other one... he died not to long ago.

It isn't! And I almost DIED when I saw this thread because I went to High School & graduated with Jennie! We shared an art class table, and we would walk to classes together, and she was the SWEETEST girl ever! She would compliment me, and I'd be like, "You are perfect! I can't beat that!" Always bright and happy, and full of energy! She was ALWAYS the lead in school plays!

Okay, I'm derailing! I last saw her at our High School Reunion 2 yrs. ago, and didn't get a chance to talk with her! For reasons I can't EVEN begin to explain! I'll just say that I left the Reunion early! I was having a BLAST earlier! Especially with Robin, Jenny, and the Football Team! ( NOT LIKE THAT! NOTHING HAPPENED, Pervs of the Board!) Until my long-time "schoolgirl crush", sexier then ever, approached me, we went outside to talk alone, and he was so angry & dismal with life that not only did I knock back my Cosmo at warp-speed, but wanted to jump overboard, too! Like a twisted John Hughes version of the "Titanic"! Of course, I'm that girl now, since this was all pre-my trauma! (However, I met my now-fiancee that night, after leaving the Reunion & choosing to go out with him! And I was finally in love with the World's Greatest Guy!!)

Ok, so i have not seen the show so i cant say how good Deedee was or wasnt, but wasnt she playing in MIss Saigon on Broadway?
Now she is singing in a Disney stageshow? Makes you wonder.

Im not bashing, she was cool in "The PArty", probably most talented, I mean that tiffini was , well anyway.....

I was just wondering where she went and why she came to DCa to begin with?

yes deedee was in miss saigon along with roxanne taga michael lee ect. her now husband wanted her to try out for the part. he tried out as well but didn't get part of aladdin

Well for starters I think you will find so many "New York" broadway types here is that they for sure were told this show is going to go to Broadway. If it did, they would have first chance at the roles. i.e. a chance at a Tony. Deedee was never on Broadway from what I understand, just the London and international touring company for Miss Sigaon. And Tiffini I thought was great, God I wanted her abs... even more then I want Britney's.

Tiffini had great abs, but her voice was nothing. Her career went where? Although if anyone could tell me where Damon Pampolina is now, I would be shocked.
