When would you go?

Hi there,
I need some help. When should we go to Disneyland?
We have the following dates to choose from:
Thurs Nov.11-Tues Nov.16
or
Wed. Dec 15- Sunday Dec. 19th

We want to be there for the holidays.
Background info:
Just me and hubby and our 3 year old. He doesn't really do rides. We will do the Fantasmic Show as well as the Color Magic Show.
