Epcot Extra Magic Hours [what is open?]
Turns out there will be Epcot after-hours EMH available the day we arrive. We'll be getting to the BC late afternoon or early evening. I can see on the WEB what rides or shows will be running that night, but what about shops, restaurants, or cafeterias? Do you know if any of them are normally operating during the nighttime EMH?

There WILL be somewhere to eat, and somewhere to shop, but not everything will be open.
MouseGears will likely remain open, but not sure about the other stores. Most likely the 'exit queue' shops would remain open if their attraction is open.
I would EXPECT that either the CS in The Land or Electric Umbrella would be open, and then maybe the CS in Mexico.
These are really just educated guesses on my part.

Yeah, usually Electric Umbrella is open. Sunshine Seasons is a good guess, Cathy.
They won't leave you without food, but the options might be slim....It will be fine--one meal, right?

thanks. Probably won't need much more than snacks after 9PM. But it would be a terrible shame to be there with nowhere to shop!

I know the Rose & Crown stays open till midnight, but I don't know for sure if the kitchen stays open as well.

The counter service place in China was open past 9PM during this past Wednesday night's EMH (10/13/2010). [Cheapskates take note: they are very generous with their sides of rice, which is pretty filling. Also soy and hot sauce are free. ;-) I think the potstickers from the Food & Wine booth are a touch cheaper, but yeah, closed after 9.]
Restaurant in Italy was closed. Shops in Mexico were open, as was the sit-down restaurant. I *think* the Cantina was open.
Pretty slim pickins though.
