    Towncar options

Am planning a trip mid-June, and was wondering if anyone has had good experiences with any towncar/limo pickup companies?
I haven't ruled out the Shuttle Service yet, but I want to explore all options (except driving myself).

What airport is your destination? I can help with info for LAX and Burbank, but not OC.

The company Super Shuttle has Towncar service. We had contracted them for a regular shuttle to the airport, but due to a schedule screw up, they had to send a towncar to pick us up (and charged us at the van rate ). They were prompt and curteous. Their van shuttle prices were very reasonable. Since we weren't charged for it, I don't know about their Towncar prices. But I highly recommend them. My family has used Super Shuttle's van service several times in the past and it has always been good. They service both LA and Orange county. Website is www.supershuttle.com

Thanks! I checked out SuperShuttle, and am just researching others too

    I'm thinking mid-Juneish, from LAX.

Flat rate for a Towncar from Orange County airport to the Disneyland Hotel for 6 people.....$56.00....each way. Worked out to be about $20.00 less round trip that it would be for all 6 of us to take the shuttle van. Don't know about LAX, but it would be worth checking in to.

Chelbell-what company did you use? The Super Shuttle company has an exclusive van service that is $50 for up to 7 people (Orange County Airport to DLR). We need to get 4 of us to DLR in May and I cannot decide on a taxi or towncar or van (ah - the decisions of a vacation!)

    Thanks for the info!

dgdisney......SURE AM GLAD I READ YOUR QUESTION!!!!!

It was thru SuperShuttle...we are going in May and I called yesterday for prices and they told me $56.00 flat rate each way for 6 people, for a Towncar...after reading your post, I called them again to confirm....WELL....I am SO glad that I read your question and called to confirm!!!! Today I was told that the info. I was given yesterday was incorrect...the Towncar is $56.00 each way, but will not fit all 6 of us! (might be good for you though)....now we're going with the private van that you suggested, for $50.75 each way, as opposed to $53.75 each way with the standard van...saves us a whopping $6.00, but we have a private van. Thanks for helping!!! And have a great trip!!!

Jazzjunkie, when I fly into LAX, I use a service called PrimeTime. They're sometimes less expensive than SuperShuttle, but I can't quote you anything. You might want to look into them, too.
