Does anyone know if the "buy a day at Disneyland get a day at DCA" deal is still going on? My cousin might come with us in 11 days(woo hoo)and he doesn't want a hopper(we have free one day passes)so I thought I'd see if these are still available

Yes, I used them this weekend. You take your pick of which park you want to go to on the first day, then you get free admission to the other park on any day through May 15th (I think that's the last day to use them). They're not park-hopper passes, so you can't use them for both parks on the same day, and I think you have to be a Southern California resident to get them.
okay this is gonna sound lame but does Valencia cout as SoCal zip code to get the two day ticket deal?
Yes,
Zip codes 93500 and lower are considered Southern California as far as Disney is concerned.
