AP Questions
I have a few questions about Annual Passes as we usually only make one trip down a year.
Where do you pick them up?
Does everyone need to be present at this time (I was thinking of picking up tix while the rest of the family was at DTD)?
I have seen some threads saying that you need to take photos, where is this done at?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Where you pick them up depends on where you purchase them. If it's GetAwayToday, I think they have a place you have to go to pick them up. Whoever sold you the tickets should tell you.
If you buy from Disney, I believe you're given a voucher. I believe you can have it scanned like a ticket at the gates. At the gate, a ticket prints for each pass and you can use that to get fastpasses and the like.
At some point during that day, you will need to go to the Annual Pass center and get your photos taken and your actual pass printed.
Just a quick answer for you. Many others on this board can give you more specific information.

Watching Magic in the Air
All adults would need to be there, as well as the children. The reason is that they will take everyone's info, and have everyone sign a form. So the best thing to do is just contact them when you are getting close to the front of the line, and have them come over.

It depends on if you prepurchased. Usually, at any ticket booth. If you got them through WDTC, you need to pick them up at the WDTC office between 9 and 2 in DTD, by Compass books.

You can pick them up by yourself.

This is done at the AP Processing Center. In Disneyland, it is at the Plaza Pavilion just before Adventureland. You will fill out all the info here, so adults will need ID.

Yes. They usually give you a ticket to use that day.

While I was there in early March; I notices a sign for an AP Processing Center in DCA too; near the Chase Visa Meet and Greet (Near Monster's Inc); anyone know if this is functioning; or if it was just a sign? There seemed to be no wait at all.

That's closing (or already closed) for the moment since that location is being used for the upcoming Food and Wine Festival.
