How long will DLH hold a parcel?

We arrive 3 weeks from today and I would like to have some items shipped to hotel instead of paying shipping to Canada? How long will they hold a parcel and do I just need to put my reservation NO# on the package.

Whenever my store ships to the hotels, we mark the package like this:

Guest Name
c/o Disneyland Hotel
Guest arriving xx/xx/xxxx
Reservation # xxxxxxxxxxx

I have been told that the hotels will hold packages for no more than 72 hours, so we time our shipments to make sure the package arrives the day before the guest checks in. I've also been told that some people have been charged a fee for having packages shipped to the hotel, but these reports are rare. Before you order anything, I'd call the hotel directly and ask them what the currect policies and recommended proceedures are.
