Rain & Mickey's Trick or Treat Question
It has been raining here in Southern Ca , sprinkling sometimes and raining heavy off/on.
I have been to DL in the rain/sprinkles but we are planning on going to to trick or treat at DCA and wondering if it rains, what happens? I mean, it is one thing to go in everyday clothes when it's wet but costumes would be out of the question!!
Would we get a refund? There are quite a few of us and it would be a lot of money to waste....
Closer to the Mouse, than I was before.....

Nope, no refund in case of rain, the same way you wouldn't get a refund if you were just going to the park during regular operating hours.
One year that we went, it rained for part of the time we were there. If you think it might rain, bring an umbrella or a poncho, the same way you would for a regular visit.
Also, depending on when you're going, the rain might be gone by then. I think it's supposed to stop by this weekend.

Speaking of rain, where can I buy ponchos? Not at DL but before our trip.

Ponchos can usually be bought at Walmart/Target type stores, or stores with camping supplies. I buy mine in tourist stores in the French Quarter, but that's not to easy to get to for most people on MousePad

Also, your camping/sporting goods stores would have them and sometimes the dollar stores have them (but they are usually pretty thin.)
Get a decent one. They are usually $2-3 more, but worth it.
Planning 3 trips at once...

In most of the stores they also carry them where they have the umbrellas, at Target and WalMart that would ususally be in the accessories area (bags, belts, scarves...that area) I have a rainbag that we take, it has 3 golf size umbrellas, enough ponchos for the group I'm.

I am supposed to go on the 15th and 16th with a scooter. I wonder what they will be doing as far at the treat stations and meet and greets. I would hate to end up sliding around the park in a scooter.
