I just finished the Special K 2 Week Challenge in order to get myself into the right mindset. I did lose the 6 pounds they advertsise, but I don't think I will be eating Special K for awhile haha My goal is another 15 pounds. I've also started the Biggest Loser Boot Camp workout DVD and I really like it.
My main problem is just motivation, I get so comfortable just sitting and watching TV or reading that I just don't get up and do what I need to do. I'm trying to work on that by only allowing myself to sit for 30 minutes at a time, after 30 minutes I have to get up and do SOMETHING. Change the cat litter, load the dishwasher, jump rope, do the workout DVD, just anything to not sit and sit.
