A PM is a private message. You should see a link to them in the upper right of your screen, right under where it says "Welcome, LLevy".
To see who the administrators are, go to the MAIN page of MousePad, where you see Disneyland Forums, WDW Forums, etc. Near the bottom of that screen (in a blue bar) is a link that says "View Forum Leaders". Click that, and the administrators are listed at the top. You can even send a PM right from there.
