Comments:I CAN"T WAIT... It's MY Boithday!!!!!!!!!!!
Cast of characters: Me and my Mom
I am new to the site and soooooo excited to post about my trip. We are heading down to Anaheim on the 7th to check into our hotel. I am hoping to get to the parks and buy our tickets Friday night so we don't have to wait in line on Saturday. Maybe if there is time we can go to DL on Friday night too (Keepin' my fingers crossed). Saturday is my birthday and I get in free so we will spend most all of the day in the park. Sunday will be California Adventures, but thats not really the focus of the trip, it's alllll about Disneyland.
As of now, our plan is to buy the SoCal tickets that are the three day park hoppers and use those, I get to upgrade for only 30 dollars so it should be doable. I have two siblings and Mom and I never get to do much of anything alone, nevermind going away on a Vaca. I can't wait, I think that'll be more fun than the trip... if that's possible!!!!
Although I am a planner by nature, I never like to organize my Disneyland trips tooo much, part of being a "kid" is being flexible and spontaneous and thats what we'll do. If anyone has and tips or things I should know I'm open to suggestions. I'm not new to Disneyland, but it's nice to learn something new.
I'll post more as I know more... les than 2 weeks to go!

Disneyland Here We Come... more information.
OK... So the accomidations have been made. We are staying at the Best Western. I have never stayed there before so if anyone has any tips or knows something I should know let me know please.
Originally I had planned to buy a package trip through AAA, but I learned that you can't buy the SoCal 3 day tickets for $99.00 in a package. So as it stands, I have convinced Mom to take Friday off of work so we can leave early Friday (7th) it's almost a 4 hour drive. Once there we will check in to the hotel and then head over to Disneyland to get our tickets. Once there we will head to Disneyland and party like it's 1999
. Later that night we are going to head into Orange and go to Rubio's for some of the best Mexican food ever and then back to Disneyland we gooooo!!!!! After all of this it will be time to go back to the hotel room and not get a good nights sleep so we can be first in line Saturday morning.
Once in the park it is straight to Town Hall to get my Birthday button and then on to Peter Pan, my most favorite ride. After that it's very go with the flow...
So that's that, but it's ok because I still get to go. Everyone enjoy your trip!!!!

More info for this weekend
So it's all set. Mom and I are leaving Friday morning at 9ish (that probably means 10) when we get to Anaheim we are going to check in if it's not too early. If it is too early then we are going to head into Orange and get some lunch at Rubio's. After lunch we will either check in or head over to DL to get our tickets. Once there, well you all know!
On Saturday we are going to the Blue Bayou for my Birthday lunch, we have reservations at 1:40. All of Saturday and Sunday will be spent hopping back and forth between DL and DCA, but mostly DL. I'm very excited that there is only one ride closed for refurbishment, hopefully it'll stay that way.
