For the Marketplace shops, Sun-Thurs they close at 11PM. Fri/Sat: 11:30.
Marketplace restaurants close at 11PM nightly.
I believe the West Side is a little later, but not sure. (Never really been anywhere other than the marketplace.)
The search function is like the Force. It may take practice, but the more you use it, the more control you will have over it!
