How cold does it get on the ship?

We are cruising the Western Cruise in October. It's our first cruise. We go to Disney World every year. My wife and our 2 boys (ages 5 & 8) often get very cold in Disney World restaurants. Are the rooms, theaters, restaurants and other rooms in the Cruise Ship cold? Also, how chilly do the nights get outside? We really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I would bring a sweatshirt/sweater -- the theaters tend to get cool ...

We did the four night cruise last October. I would say a good sweatshirt at night if you plan to walk on the decks. It does get a bit chilly outside. Inside the ship, you should be fine....as the prev. posted mentioned, maybe bring the sweatshirt to the theatre.

I found the dining rooms and sometimes the theatre chilly. I brought a light sweater with me that I could take to dinner.
