I know I should not have chips but they are my comfort food. I love chips, left over meat, and goat milk or diet soda for breakfast. I have never been a fruit eater but am working on that. It is a long road of changing behaviors passed on to me by two women who loved sweets, pastries, and candy. I know I should change but my philosophy about dieting is to change slowly. I am eating squash and carrots, small steps. For me I need small changes and portion control.
