With extremely short notice, the company that managed the Clear Pass system at Orlando International Airport and a number of other major U.S. airports has shuttered the program. When you visit their Web site at FlyClear.com, you see the following:
Although the Clear pass was designed primarily for business travelers to shorten the long waits at security airport queues, it was often referred to as the "head of the line pass" by people who considered the fee a minor inconvenience for being able to avoid the long lines.Clear Lanes Are No Longer Available.
At 11:00 p.m. PST on June 22, 2009, Clear will cease operations. Clear’s parent company, Verified Identity Pass, Inc. has been unable to negotiate an agreement with its senior creditor to continue operations.

I know at least a couple of people who used the Clear pass even though they barely qualified as a premier frequent flyer (that is, someone who flies more than 30,000 miles in a calendar year) for the convenience of being able to get out of Orlando International with ease.
