    Being a Disney freak sometimes makes it hard to be objective about new product.

    In Disney's adaptation of the J.M. Barrie books, Tinker Bell is a Pixie, not a Princess or a Fairy. Nothing in the Peter Pan film suggests that she has a royal lineage or a gaggle of Fairy friends (or a magic wand for that matter...).

    Yeah, so Walt Disney World has announced that they will be building an "American Idol" attraction in the old Monster Sound Show/Superstar Television theater row. I guess it fits in with the "Hollywood Studios" theme.

  5. Disney announces free dining plan for late summer

    As expected, Disney announced their free dining plans this morning. The time period is much shorter than the free dining at Universal, but that's not entirely surprising (and, of course, Disney can always add more dates later, if necessary).
