Ouch, bluebayou. When I was a CP, I remember the Full Timer crew loved us come the holidays. We worked Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, etc while they got to be at home with their families. I can understand your frustration though. The economy ain't what it used to be
Yes, please come to Central Florida and take our jobs. We only have a 12% unemployment rate and Disney would rather higher you since they will pay no benefits for you.
Well, since I have no use for her anymore, if I see here, I'll point her West. (Just finished packing a couple hours ago, taxi is coming at 6 in the morning - finishing up some work stuff before I leave!)
I was at WDW middle of Sept. and it wasn't crowded. Whenever I passed the wait time board Test Track had the longest wait (30 min) while Mission: Space was usually 5 minutes. We did early entry for Animal Kingdom and Everest had a short line. Safari had a long wait, so I would say get a Fast Pass for that. Didn't ride Dinosaur, so can't advise. Have fun!
We aren't -- but Dave, Joe and Amanda are
Are you guys doing the cruise on Day 4? (Nobody on staff is listed on the cruise thread...)
That looks very fun now! You seen Magento or osCommerce? They are great for getting a free online store. After all saves paying for ecommerce web hosting.
Solo DH isn't 100% into the spa thing, but I am trying to get him to, at the very least, book at alpha capsule when we go to Europe next May.
Coolness! Did you book the couples massage, or the solo?
Woo hoo! I'll admit I watch videos of the original on youtube when I get nostalgic...
Oh my gosh! I can't wait. I have truly missed this attraction!
There are many possibilities for updating Tomorrowland but Star Tours would be a great start.
Great article! Anyone else thinking Tony's hinting about the Star Tours upgrade? If so . . . not much of a teaser . . .
Are you my doppleganger?
you have to be an alumni
For a split second I considered enroling part time somewhere just so I could participate again.
I got this via the College Program Alumni newsletter this morning. It sounds like a great opportunity. I just wish they had this opportunity after I finished my program in Florida and before I graduated.
Did this work? I've had the sneaky suspiscion that Dreams happen to the willy-nilly people too...
If it works I'd like to think we won't press our luck (as they say in Vegas ... know when to walk away).
So, if it works, are you going to have to do it that way all the time? Or will you be satisfied that you've won and have no need to repeat?
